Here are the final details for our upcoming event, on 29 October, with Château de Ferrand, a Grand Cru Classé from Saint-Emilion.
And Great News!
Since our last communication via WhatsApp on Sunday, we have managed to tighten some of the costs and reduce the price of the event to $278 (member and spouse/partner) and $298 (guests).
We have privatized COMO Cuisine restaurant, at the new COMO Metropolitan Singapore in Orchard, and Balthazar Pellissier, Senior Director of F&B Operations for the COMO Group will certainly look well after us!
Our guests of honour, Count and Countess Philippe Chandon-Moët, owners of Château de Ferrand, are sending us the following wines directly from the Château:

- Château de Ferrand 2016 (in Magnum)
- Château de Ferrand 2012 (in Magnum)
To complement, we will serve their family Champagne:
